Recruitment and Selection
Stratego may transfer your personal data to other Stratego entities, their clients, subcontractors (such as data processors) who provide services or carry out assignments on our behalf, suppliers, government bodies and other business contacts. We may also transfer your personal data in any other case where we are required to do so, such as by a court order or a court ruling. The provision of personal data shall be based on legitimate interest, legal requirement, or in the execution of the contract following the purposes set out under "Why do we collect your personal data?”. We will then wait until you are satisfied that your data are correct before sharing them. Right to data portability

Right to be forgotten
If you no longer wish to make use of our services, you may submit a request to delete all your personal data. In addition, you can withdraw your consent to process your personal data at any time. We will then discontinue the processing of your personal details to which you had consented. However, withdrawing your consent will not affect the processing which has already occurred.
Procedure, response time and cost
We will endeavour to process any requests as referred to in this section as quickly as possible but within one month at the latest. We are obliged to verify your identity before we can honour your requests. In principle, your requests will be electronically processed unless this is not possible or you request otherwise. In principle, your requests as mentioned above will be processed free of charge, unless your requests are excessive, obviously unfounded, or if, concerning your right of access, you request additional copies.
Stratego makes every effort to protect your personal data from unlawful use as effectively as possible. We do this through physical, administrative organisational and technical means. For example, the data can only be accessed by authorised persons. If and insofar as data is provided to data processors who provide services or perform assignments on our behalf, we will have agreed with the parties concerned that they will also protect the personal data as effectively as possible.
Stratego does not retain the personal data for longer than strictly necessary for the purpose for which they are processed and in compliance with the statutory retention periods.
